Primary responsibilities:
? Making invoices on QuickBooks
? Administrative work:
o Filing
o Answering telephones
o Assisting the general manager with various projects
? Accounting functions:
o Client invoicing
? Make sure all insurance (general/auto/professional etc.) renewals are submitted in timely manner (yearly)
Qualifications:
? Must be proficient in word, excel and QuickBooks
? Solid communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
? Be comfortable working closely and reporting to the General Manager; also b comfortable interacting with various managers through out the organization
? Must possess, understand and practice discretion and confidentiality
? Be friendly and team player
? Be able to think independently
? Be able to multitask
