Job Description
- Interpreting policies while analyzing loan applications, property specs and documentation
- Analyze W2, Payroll, Tax Returns, 1040, and assets per Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines
- Input proper loan information into systems for processing
- Perform high volume, time sensitive tasks related to the loan process which includes researching and problem solving to ensure quality, timeliness and customer service
- Proficiency for processing conforming, government and jumbo loans
- Main contact point for the customer throughout their loan process, requesting and gathering all required documentation while ensuring good relationships with all involved parties
- Perform any additional duties assigned by management
Requirements
- MINIMUM 3 years of Mortgage Lending Experience (may be past experience)
- Should have knowledge and understanding of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines
- Skilled Typist with great attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and operate in a high volume fast paced environment
- Proficient computer knowledge in AUS and Calyx Point a PLUS
- Experience with Internet Explorer, Microsoft Outlook
- Must possess exceptional customer service and verbal communication skills
- Should have excellent decision making skills and be able to handle any situation with tact
