We are looking for a person to support our sales/cs office. Strong customer service back ground with the ability to handle sales. Strong support to the Chief Administrative Officer, think on your feet, problem solver, independent worker as well as a team player. Positive Energetic Personality

Full Time
? Minimum 1 year sales experience
? Minimum 1 year customer service experience
? Strong attentive support to the Chief Administrative Officer
? Excellent data entry skills as well as customer service experience
? Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
? Accurate Data entry skills
? Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills
? Microsoft Office knowledge with proficiency in Word and Excel
? Self-starter, ability to work with minimal supervision
? Positive energy and motivated
? Eager to learn and grow with the organization
? Ability to work in a fast-paced, high energy environment
? Eagerness to move into and take on sales
? Candidate must be intelligent, hard-working, outgoing, and energetic with superb phone manners

Job Description:
? Heavy Support to Chief Administrative Officer
? Sales/CS
? Data entry
? Polished Phone skills
? Must have excellent written and spoken communication skills
? Maintain relationships with clients to ensure fantastic customer service
? Maintain meticulous records and contact notes
? General administrative and office duties
? Providing superior customer service to all callers
? Data entry, including input of customer information into computer, invoicing, and logging of follow up data
