Facilities Coordinator (Santa Monica, CA)

Fast-growing, fun and energetic company is looking for a Facilities Coordinator at their corporate headquarters in Santa Monica. The right candidate has the ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize numerous concurrent tasks and objectives in a deadline driven, entrepreneurial environment while maintaining composure at all times. This position provides a step in the door for a great company.

-Assist with building projects with janitorial maintenance
-Responsible for maintaining adequately stocked kitchens and office supplies
-Manage supply inventory and distribution as needed
-Set up for company catering events and meetings
-Assist with office moves and maintenance; keep record of employee seating
-Assist in physical set-up at company events and employee engagement affairs
-Responsible for maintaining clean conference room and general maintenance
-Responsible for maintaining clean whiteboards
-Assist with executing facility improvement projects
-Assist with employee desk furniture/supplies set ups, moves and organization
-Work under the Facilities Manager to maintain the building infrastructure and prepare service orders
-Responsible for covering reception and other duties as assigned
-Assist Facilities Manager as needed

-Previous facilities experience a plus
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office software suite, Adobe, Web-based applications including Google applications suite
-Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
-Strong common sense, work ethic and organizational skills
-Attention to detail - precision, skill and consistency are critical
