We are searching for an Administration Superstar!

DUTIES

1. Perform receptionist duties answering phone in a professional, courteous manner properly transferring calls to appropriate personnel expeditiously. Greet guests at the front desk in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner.
2. Provide general clerical support including correspondence, photocopying, preparing mailings, faxing, and filing, banking, collating using appropriate software and Agency Management System for the organization.
3. Process certificates of insurance. Prepare Board Manuals for Board Members.
4. All other duties as assigned.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing. Excellent grammar and proofreading skills are essential. Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that instills good working relationships with customers, clients, co-workers and management. Computer proficiency 50 wpm, with Outlook, Excel Spreadsheets, Word documents, faxing and Internet search. Current CA Driver's License and Car. Establishes priorities and organizes time efficiently to ensure that tasks are completed to meet or exceed deadlines. Prefer experience but willing to train the right person and insurance background but not required.
