Universal Hosiery, Inc. is an aggressively growing California-based sock and hosiery distributor. Founded in 1994 by a third-generation sock and hosiery manufacturer, our clientele base includes high-end and mid-tier department store chains, specialty stores, off-pricers and dollar stores.

Our corporate headquarters in Santa Clarita, CA also houses our product development and design team, customer support services as well as the EDI departments. Our facility also serves as a warehouse and distribution facility serving 14,000 stores on a weekly basis.

Universal Hosiery's sales department is looking for a highly-experienced E-COMMERCE WEBSITE COORDINATOR.

Required Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in graphic design, communications, information technology or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
? Proven experience with web tools and environments, including common Content Management Systems, HTML and CSS targeting both desktop and mobile devices.
? Solid understanding of web environments, to include HTTP / HTTPS, SSL and Certificates.
? Demonstrated experience in content creation and maintenance of user-friendly, visually-appealing, dynamically-populated websites.
? Experience in the collection and analysis of website usage and search statistics, as well as effective implementation of Search Engine Optimization practices and strategies.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills with previous experience in handling customer phone orders, inquiries and issue resolution.
? Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
? Aggressive, highly motivated, self-directed and persistent, capable of following through on various projects in a timely manner.
? Exceptional multi-tasking and time management skills. Extremely organized and capable of working on multiple projects at the same time.
? Must be a team player, capable of working and interacting with all levels of the organization.
? Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Intuit Quickbooks and Paypal.

Preferred Qualifications:
? Experience with eMagicOne Store Manager for Magento and ShipWorks.
? Knowledge or experience to effectively leverage Social Media to further the organization's visibility, stature, and goals across social groups.
? Knowledge or experience with automated testing of websites and web applications.
? Knowledge or experience with data visualization.
? Familiarity with Javascript.
? Proficiency in the use of website development-oriented tools including HTML, CSS and related editors/IDEs, as well as browser-based content inspection and analysis tools.
? Previous work experience working for an online order fulfillment company and/or sales website preferred.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Accountable for overall sales performance of the online store.
? Manage and improve the current Magento-based e-commerce website.
? Create, develop and manage future content for the company's online store.
? Daily routine includes order processing, coordination between fulfillment department and shipping department.
? Monitor inventory level and re-order points for online sales and report findings to the Supply Chain and Inventory Analyst for re-order consolidation with retail store demand.
? Spearhead the company's initiative in improving its online order processing turnaround.
? Manage and oversee freelance developers on various website improvement projects.
? Track and report all site metrics.
