1) Coordinate community marketing: Using different methods to successfully retrieve potential patients from a supplied list of individuals. This includes maximizing events to ensure success: promote, book appointments, assist office managers in researching and developing methods to benefit the image of the office and capture the trust of the community.
2) Administrative Assistance: Coordinate and work with multiple medical facilities in submitting reports and booking appointments
1) One to three (1-3) years of experience in a marketing function
2) Must be professional and have excellent phone/patient handling ability
3) Ability to conduct independent research and demonstrate critical thinking skills
4) Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Word
5) Bilingual in English/Spanish REQUIRED.
6) Knowledge of basic medical terminology
7) Bachelor's Degree in marketing/communications preferred
8) Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
