Desired requierments:

- High School Graduate / College Graduate preffered
- 3 -- 5 years High Volume, Full Service Restaurant/Bar experience/Fine Dining a plus
- Food, Wine, Beer and Spirit knowledge
- Flexible work schedule including nights and weekends
- Proffesional, knows what makes team & attention to detail
- Goal oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Good Work Ethic
- Food Handlers card
