Non-Medical Home Health Agency seeks Caregivers (San Fernando Valley / Los Angeles areas)

We at CareBuilders at Home L.A. strive to provide the best care for our clients and a good working environment for our caregivers. We are currently looking for dedicated, experienced, skilled caregivers who are energetic, passionate, and compassionate. We are interviewing and hiring caregivers who will work in the San Fernando Valley and Los Angeles areas. You must be dependable and experienced. We do a good job in matching caregivers to clients in order to maximize job efficiencies, enhance work environment and client satisfaction.

- Non-medical in-home care and assistance to seniors and other clients
- Hygiene Assistance, Bathing, Personal Grooming and Toileting
- Meal Preparation to include Diet Restrictions
- Some Light Housekeeping and Laundry
- Ambulation / Mobility Assistance
- Medication Reminders
- Transportation to include Errands and Shopping
- Stimulating Companionship and activities for seniors and other clients

- C.H.H.A. & CNA (current certificate)
- Companions (1 years experience with a Home Health Agency)
- Demonstrated competency with transfers
- Speak and write fluent English (Bilingual is a plus)
- MINIMUM of ONE YEAR Experience in Private Duty Care, Facility or Home Health Agency
- No Independent Contractors
- Ability to pass extensive background and drug test
- Current TB Test results
- Valid Driver's License
- Current Physical
- Current CPR card
- Reliable car and current car insurance
- Provide verifiable references for In-Home care or Facility employment
- Alzheimer's or other Dementia experience is very helpful
