This is an entry level position in an established Law Firm in Torrance, CA.
-Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member or take messages.
-Schedule appointments with existing and new clients.
-Greet clients and visitors.
-Light drafting using Microsoft Word.
-Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
-Support Lawyers and Paralegals in administrative functions.
-Other duties as assigned.
