We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Lead to join our wholesale company. This position requires great attention to detail; superb organizational skills; as well as the ability to work under pressure and multitask.

Responsibilities:
* Ability to accurately receive orders from customers over the phone and input into our order system.
* Assist customers over the phone and email with questions about orders, products, billing, and technical support.
* Provide prompt, courteous and professional service to our customers over the phone and via email.
* Manage issues/questions reported by customers and team members and work with our product team to resolve them.
* Provide timely response and strive to increase customer satisfaction.
* Manage and update customer accounts.
* Consistently demonstrate the ability to effectively handle calls and emails.
* Assistant managers with projects and handle special custom orders.
* Perform a wide variety of other administrative and office tasks/functions.

Qualifications:

* A MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE providing customer support, in a leading capacity, over phone and via email is a MUST.
* Possession of a Bachelor's Degree is required.
* Positive and encouraging customer relations attitude.
* Dedicated team player who is both self-directed and willing to multitask on various projects
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Motivated self-starter.
* Detail-oriented and results-driven.
