Burbank area Plumbing & Rooter company, a leader in the commercial industry, is seeking an energetic and experienced dispatcher to join our team in Sun Valley.

Duties: (including but are not limited to)
* Dispatch service calls.
* Answer phone calls.
* Book incoming work orders.
* Deal with management companies, Warranty companies, & customers.
* Follow up with service calls.

Qualifications:

* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
* Very strong computer skills a must and knowledge of Microsoft applications.
* Very detail oriented
* Strong Multi-tasking skills
* Strong customer service skills
* Critical thinking and problem solving skills
* Experience preferred, but will train.
