Pediatric-Orthodontics Office Coordinator/Marketer (Whittier, CA)

Position Description:
Our Pediatric/Orthodontic group is looking for bright, motivated, professionals with a minimum Five-year experience and Bi-Language (English & Spanish) person, to take on exciting, challenging, and rewarding manager/ marketing position for our office in Whittier CA.
The responsibilities will include managing and supervising the operation of busy high quality Pediatric/Orthodontic office, have substantial patient flow, and rely on teams of experienced management professionals to achieve excellence in Pediatric/Orthodontic operations/ Marketing and quality of care.

Key Responsibilities:
? Marketing; more focused on community outreach and referring office/doctors approach
? Management, training, and oversight of the office staff employees
? Strong organizational and leadership skills
? Collaboration with experienced professionals in group and operations management teams
? Versatility in working with analytical and financial data; including budgets, financial plans and reports
? Using information systems tools and reports
? Good judgment and a strong ability to work with people like employees, patients, and management
? Good written and verbal communication skills
? Lots of enthusiasm for seeing our business constantly improves
? Ability to persuade and influence others (assertive not aggressive)
? Contact local doctors and schools to schedule educational events
? Promote our practice
? Attend marketing events and educate prospective patients on the importance of regular Pediatric/Orthodontic care

Requirements:
? The position requires a minimum of Five years' experience as a Pediatric/Orthodontic office manager/marketer
? Bi-Language (English & Spanish) is required for this position
? Experience to work with dental software.
Note: well experience in dental marketing and a thorough understanding about attracting patient's techniques is the key element
