Ok so here's the deal, my partner and I flip houses for a living and we sit on the Board of Directors for a local real estate investment club that is absolutely making huge waves in this market. We buy property we fix it up and we flip it and we are absolutely making a KILLING doing it. We are not some fly by night sham, or some guy on television trying to sell you his book, and we are definitely NOT selling a seminar at a hotel.

We are simply a tight nit group of people who got together learned how to flip houses and now formed a very recognized and successful investment club over the past 6 years. We have made MILLIONS through the system we put together, especially in the short sale arena. We have a LOCAL office, LOCAL mentors, LOCAL deals and LOCAL successes. As you might be aware of the Southern California market is moving and so are we! We are currently expanding our club into your backyard with the hopes to open up some new offices, form new partnerships and DO MORE DEALS!

No we dont have our own TV show ...yet...however I can take you to the LOCAL houses we are flipping or have flipped and I can show you the 5 & 6 FIGURE CHECKS we just made.

For example within the last 30 days I flipped/wholesaled a contract on a house in Carson and made $20,000!...maybe took me 5 hours...

We love what we do and we are looking for a few serious individuals who we can teach our system to who want to learn this market and become successful investors themselves. We will be flat out blowing the lid off 2014! However in order to do that we need to grow our business and our organization and create some new partners. That is where YOU fit in. We are currently seeking applicants to help us with our organizations expansion this coming year.

We want to bring the right individuals on board to teach, mentor and educate as investors through our system/club and potentially groom to be future partners SO WE CAN CLOSE MORE DEALS.

The rules of the game have changed quite a bit and are constantly changing all the time with what the market is bearing, so if you made money flipping houses in the past market great so did everyone else, that DOES NOT make you special.
These are just a few of the unique strategies we concentrate our focus in and are currently making BIG $$$ with right now and they are:

-short sales
-note buys
-REO's
-Probates
-Subject to
-Equity splits & other pre-foreclosures

90% of all the aquisition strategies mentioned above are done using NO MONEY & NO CREDIT out of our own pockets, and we are willing to share our knowledge in that department.

Lastly I want to make note that this is a Business and NOT a hobby, so we expect it to be treated as so. There will be a need to fulfill in regards to time, effort
persistance and a lot of hardwork on your end to get the ball rolling. Paydays normally exceed 30K+ and the financial blessings provided are HUGE, as long as your are not a quitter.
That being said please dont have the expectation that this is some get rich quick or MLM or any lotions, potions or pills kind of deal.

We are committed to offering our hand and time to train and profit share in deals up to 50% together,
so we both can add an extra 5-6 Figures to our bank accounts in 2014 on a Part Time basis!!!
