Responsibilities:
* Communicating with customers regarding their requests / enter the inquires in our ticketing system
* Assigning trouble-ticket workflow based on engineer experience, availability etc
* Internal processing of tickets making sure standard turnaround times are adhered to
* Interacting with vendors and underlying carriers making sure that they are resolving outstanding issues in a timely manner
* Processing voice, data and enhanced services requests for customers
*interfacing with internal and external counter-parties on various projects
Skills Required:
Great judgment; strong multi-tasking capabilities; solid work ethic; ability to work in a fast paced environment. Telecommunication background and customer support experience preferred but not required.
