RESPONSIBILITIES of this position revolve around assisting the owner and Lead Esthetician with patient care including Clinical Treatments and home care products with instructions. Other responsibilities include patient education on treatment plans, following office policies and procedures, assisting with marketing projects, and maintaining a clean clinical area a treatment room. The focus of this position is on making the patient experience memorable and exceptional.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
1. Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
2. Two-years experience working as an esthetician preferred.
3. CA license in good standing.
4. Experience working in a medical office a bonus!
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
1. Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
2. Warm and engaging personality.
3. Understanding of skin anatomy, or willingness to learn.
4. Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Ability to work as a team member.

9. Ability to anticipate Provider needs in regard to patient treatment.
