? prev ? next ? A Los Angeles based investment firm is looking for a full-time English & Chinese bilingual Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for immediate employment.

Required:
Bilingual in English and Chinese, including speaking, reading, writing and typing in both languages.

Benefits:

This position will involve receiving visitors, making appointments, contacting and communicating with current investors and potential investors via the telephone, e-mail as well as traditional mail.

Qualifications:

1. Results-driven, highly motivated and possess unequivocal honesty and integrity.
2. 1-2 years of successful relevant experience.
3. Friendly, has excellent verbal skills and confidence on the phone.
4. Good general computer skills, including typing, scanning and printing.
5. Some knowledge of Excel.
6. Professional telephone etiquette.
7. An efficient worker and good team member, can work independently under limited supervision.
8. Organized and detail oriented.
9. Has experience with paperwork and filing.
10. Professional demeanor.
11. Can travel abroad once in a while.
