? prev ? next ? compensation: Based on work experience Professional Landscape firm seeking Office Manager and Bookkeeper. We are growing quickly and looking for someone who is familiar with our type of work and is interested in growing with us!

General Responsibilities Include:
- Bookeeping and Invoicing
- Managing Accounts Receivable
- Managing Employees and Payroll
- General Office Management
- Contracts Administration

Candidates Must:
- Have a strong working knowledge of Quickbooks, Microsoft Word, Excell and Outlook are an absolute must.
- Have a solid understanding of corporate taxes and employee management.
- Have exceptional techincal skill / familiarity with PC and or Mac operating systems.
- Have impeccable organizational skills.
- Have a great attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in bookkeeping and office management.
- Prior experience subcontracting, lien filings and contracts.

Hourly rate and or Salary commensurate with experience. Position is available immediately.
