We can do this thanks to incentives from local water authorities that pay residents to remove their lawns.

We are a young, but fast growing company, looking for residential sales consultants, executive assistants, call center support, data entry and operational assistants to join our team.

Our residential support professionals visit customers' homes, educate them about our products and process, explain our service agreement, and collect all of the information we need to provide our services. We provide you with warm leads originating from our marketing efforts.

In order to be a successful residential support professional, you need the following:

• Be personable and able to communicate effectively with potential clients
• Valid driver's license and access to a car (you will be reimbursed for gas)
• Working knowledge or ability to learn a simple web-based CRM application
• Ability to draw simple overhead sketch of a property
• Ability to work a variety of hours, including weekends
• Bachelor degree preferred but not required
• Prior Outside Sales experience is a plus
• Spanish/English Bilingual a plus

For the internal office positions a successful team member must be able to work in a fast paced environment, be able to adapt to rapid changes, multi task at a high level and have ability to process and follow directions from different personnel.
