REPORTS TO: Warehouse Manager
SUMMARY: Under general supervision of the Warehouse
and Operation Manager, accurate picking, packing
and loading of product.
SKILLS /
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Minimum of 3 years' experience as a freezer order selector in a 0 degree environment.
2. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
3. Stand up forklift and electrical pallet jack experience.
4. Good decision making skills.
5. Good Interpersonal skills.
6. Strong organizations skills ( attention to detail )
7. Schedule ( Sunday thru Thursday night )
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary responsibilities include, but not limited to:
? Accurate selecting frozen product by order sheet for shipping.
? Keeping track of inventory.
? Replenishing items.
? Wrapping pallets.
? Stacking.
? Stocking.
? Keying in the quantities of what is being ship.
? Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Job Requirements
? Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
? Ability to lift 60 lbs.
? Ability to use hands, to grasp, pull, and push.
? Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
? Ability to meet productivity standards: 300 pieces per hour.
? Must be able to work on Holidays.
? Must be able to work with flexible schedule.
? Must be able to work overtime.
? Must be able to work on Sunday--No exceptions
