We are seeking an enthusiactic Assistant Swim Coach at the Cresecenta-Canada Family YMCA in La Canada.

Under the direction of the Director of Aquatics and the Swim Team Head Coach, the Assistant Coach assists in the supervision of all aspects of the competitive swimming program, including teaching, administration and deck coaching as a representative of the YMCA at all team events and functions. The incumbent will also be responsible for the safety and well-being of the participants in the program by enforcing policies and procedures as needed. M - F: 3:30 PM -- 6:00 PM

Qualifications
? Minimum 18 years of age
? 2 years experience in a swim team coaching capacity
? 5 years minimum of competitive swim team experience
? Current CPR for the Professional Rescuer and First Aid Certification
? Current YMCA or ARC Lifeguard Certification
? Current YMCA Swimming Coach Certification
? Must be a registered current year USA Swimming Coach
