Small boutique near the Grove looking to add a part-time sales associate to the team.

Two days per week to start (Mondays and Wednesdays, these days are not changeable) with increased days (most likely another weekday with the occasional weekend).

Looking for a commitment of at least 6 months, will hire on a trial basis for the first month.

Females preferred due to dressing room duties.

Please note that this job has the potential to increase in responsibility to a managerial position for the right person.

Requirements:
-Personal vehicle
-Extreme punctuality
-VERY responsible
-Type A personality, detail oriented when following instructions and with documentation.
-SUPER effective, driven and fantastic salesperson with the ability to work with a vast array of clients and hone in on different peoples' style in a short amount of time.
-Personal laptop and cell phone
-Over 2 years of experience in women's contemporary clothing sales

Also preferred:
-Good penmanship
-Good merchandising skills
-Reside close-by to the Grove (zip code 90048), like 15-20 minutes or less so travel time is not an issue.
-Experience in online sales listings (such as ebay or other online retailing) and good with cameras.

Other responsibilities include:
-Pricing inventory
-Merchandising
-Online sales listing
-Cleaning the floors (daily)
-Wiping down mirrors (daily)
-Wiping windows (occasionally)

Payment: $12/hour to start with the possibility of pay increases up to $15/hour.
