CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / SPECIALIST (MONTEBELLO, CA)

Candidate must have strong knowledge of shipping logistics for major and specialty department stores.

Duties and responsibilities are, but not limited to:

-Daily sales order / EDI entry
-Creating and operating of UPC tickets
-Allocation and printing picking tickets
-Must have vast experience with researching and disputing charge backs
-Retrieve all Customer Routing Guides periodically and check for any changes or updates
-A2000 knowledge a plus

Requirements:

-Candidate msut be detailed oriented and be able to produce accurate information
-Ability to work under a short deadline base environment
-Must have at least 5 years experience in the garment / apparel industry
