Freelance Web Designer/Developer NEEDED (Remotely)

More infoI am seeking a web designer to help me launch a few website within the next 1-2 months. The ideal candidate will have enough experience in Photoshop to be dangerous. Is web-centric and has great eye for web design. This work can be done remotely. Please note that I'm working with a fairly conservative budget. I am looking for an entrepreneurial designer who is eager to learn and perfect their craft.

Qualifications:
1. You can be in school or be out looking for more experience
2. Expert CSS/HTML skills with the ability to code your own work
3. Produce accurate and high-quality work and to deliver against deadline
4. Strong conceptual development, typography and interactive design skills
5. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
6. Strong visual design sense and attention to detail
7. Working knowledge of web-based marketing tools such as search engine optimization, search engine marketing, social media marketing, and online advertising
8. Must be self motivated individual who can work independently and collaboratively
9. Person must be organized and dependable
