MS SQL Developer / Data Warehouse Guru
As a Database Developer at Tactara, you will be part of our goal-oriented technical team, responsible for writing highly efficient SQL to access dozens of databases with billions of records. You will work alongside experienced team members within the Software Development and Product Management departments.
Essential Skills:
? Strong SQL Server T-SQL experience including experience with high performance enterprise OLTP & OLAP applications architecture, development, and coding
? Strong technical knowledge of ETL and RDMS database modeling for OLTP and OLAP applications
? Good development experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) & SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services)
? SQL Server tuning and application tuning and troubleshooting
? Ability to work in a fast paced environment and be an outstanding team player
? Ability to be creative, efficient and productive with minimal supervision or guidance
? Experience working in a high traffic, high performance transactional environment
Other Essential Skills:
? 5+ years of back end data application development
? 5+ years good experience in Data modeling and data analysis
? 5+ years specializing in Microsoft T-SQL, DTS, SSIS & SSAS
? Practical knowledge of ETL, extracting and loading large data volumes and performing complex transformations
