We serve local and national accounts that require stellar customer service, on-time delivery and effective communication. This position is an integral hub of communication and is responsible for order processing, fielding customer service issues and coordinating communication between our sales reps, accounts and delivery team. English language proficiency and a pleasant phone presence are critical.
The position's responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Operations / Order Processing
Receives orders by phone, fax or internal communication
Enters orders into system, generating Pick Slips and Sales Orders for dissemination
Customer Service including answering phones, product inquiries and quotes
Receives delivery logs and coordinates invoice processing
Updates customer accounts regarding delivery status
Various administrative and supportive office tasks
Also:
MUST have order processing experience
MUST be proficient in Microsoft Office programs, internet research and quick to learn new systems and applications
Paper and/or printing industry knowledge is helpful but not required
Logistics experience a plus
Minimum 35 WPM typing
