Full-time position: 8 am -- 4 pm, 5 days a week

Duties include: Coordinating daily activities of ~10 workers to meet production goals; ensuring workers remain on task and work efficiently; fill-in any gaps in production as needed; final quality control inspection of products.

Required Experience and Skills:

*Minimum of 5 years working in a manufacturing position, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role

*Ability to work with and manage different personality types

*Capacity to receive instructions and direct appropriate work

*Good communication skills

*Attention to detail

*Organization skills

*Good work attitude
