We are a small construction management company and design firm located in Pasadena, CA, We are looking for talented construction project managers to act as owner's representative for a major capital construction project in Southern California. The following are MANDATORY requirements to apply for this position:

? Candidate must be a licensed architect, engineer, or certified construction manager (CCM).
? Experience in Correctional Facilities, Jails, and/or Juvenile Detention facilities is required.
? Experience with public works or other public agencies is preferred.
? 8-15 years experience is required.
? Design-build project management experience is preferred.

The projects are located throughout Southern California and the employee must be willing to travel by car to jobsites in throughout Los Angeles County. No relocation costs are provided - local candidates only.
