You must have strong customer service experience with particular skills in conflict resolution. Ideal candidates will pride themselves on their professionalism.

Essential Job Functions:

· Answer customer service line in a courteous and professional manner.
· Respond to and resolve customer inquiries received via telephone and online.
· Resolve customer requests, questions and complaints frequently requiring analysis of situations to determine best use of resources.
· Process service orders and required agreements for new residential and commercial services, disconnections, moves, adds, and service changes.
· Serve as liaison between the customer and various departments.
· Research billing related issues.
· Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
· Recommend process improvements to senior management.

Requirements To be considered for this position, you must have:

• A minimum of 2-years experience in customer service position.
• The drive to delight customers, above and beyond the call of duty, and develop an intimate knowledge of the customer's needs.
• The ability to communicate clearly, both written and in speech, and talk in a way to convey information effectively.
• Strong organization abilities and be able to work accurately with an eye for detail.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn Customer Relationship Management software applications, and other related software.
• The ability to type at least 25 wpm.
