We are the one of the oldest therapy companies in the Los Angeles area! We started our company in 1995 and we have seen the changes in the home health market place go from one extreme to another! Our Company is therapy owned and operated and we have two primary values: Great Patient Care and Satisfied Therapists! We not only offer competitive rates, but we also are able to provide training, web based documentation, a positive support staff and much more. We know that documentation is tedious and time consuming and therefore we have opted for our therapists to have the choice of using a web based software program with training included as part of our orientation process. We don't believe that office staff members should do the therapist's documentation, since the patient's chart is a legal document and we know how much all of us value our professional licenses. Furthermore, we do work with Assistants (not Aides) and this offers an opportunity for our Assistants to work with our diverse patient populations. Our Assistants do require the oversight needed, such as the supervision requirement and the co-signing of one's notes. We as a company already enjoy working with Assistants. We also provide both an initial orientation and on-going education as needed by our therapists. We are able to provide timely home health education since our owners are constantly attending the home health specific seminars.

We seek competent therapists who are willing to make a difference in the lives of our home health patients. You as a therapist will have both autonomy and flexibility! You tell us your availability and your desired coverage area. We will market for you through our contracted agencies and we can help you to build a consistent patient load. You can take on 1 or 2 patients at a time or as many patients as you can handle. We pay on a per visit rate to all of our therapists and we have a great relationship with all of our therapists.
