Job Description:
Greeting people, delivering excellent customer service, answering phones, scheduling appointments, data entry and word processing, organizing paperwork, workspace, marketing, and other tasks.

Knowledge & Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication, adept typing and computer skills (MS Office), scheduling coordination, outstanding people and problem-solving skills.

Education & Work Experience:
2+years in an office enviornment providing customer service and answering phones.

Hours:
Job is full time, 4 to 5 days (32 to 40 hrs) per week. Must be able to work flexible schedule. Hours vary between 7:30am and 6:30pm Monday-Friday dependent on patient schedule.
