Job Description:
Provide behavior therapy to children with autism and related disorders in their natural settings. Improve children's quality of life by implementing individualized behavior support plans and an appropriate developmental curriculum designed by board certified behavior analysts that will allow the child to function in his everyday life. Collect data on all behaviors targeted and meet with your supervisor weekly to analyze the information gathered and participate in initial and ongoing trainings.
Job Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or related field
2. Experience in the field of Autism and motivated to learn the application of ABA in order to achieve behavior change
3. Bilingual applicants needed

Other Requirements:
1. Valid California Driver's License
2. Proof of valid Car Insurance
3. Good driving record
4. Live-Scan Fingerprinting
5. Must be available a minimum of 15 Hours/Week
