We welcome individuals that have the experience, speed and skills to handle a very fast paced bakeshop/kitchen. We seek dependable, organized and career oriented individuals.
Position Requirements:
- At least 5 years of related STABLE experience as a Baker in a high volume production.
- Previous baking for a fine dining experience a must.
- Possess a positive attitude.
- Must have strong sense of urgency.
- Must have a flexible schedule, 40 hours per week. - Willing to work a flexible schedule and holidays
- Must love food.
- Being able to execute daily production in an efficient manner.
- Culinary graduates preferred, not required - great experience trumps schooling.
Additional requirements include:
- Being able to execute classic breads, artisanal breads, rolls, baguettes- viennoiserie, pastry, specialty cakes.
