CATERING COORDINATOR NEEDED AT HOLLYWOOD LANDMARK LOCATION
Armed with operational acumen and poise under pressure, our hands-on catering coordinators at LA's landmark Hollywood Bowl bring professional resolve and quick-thinking to unexpected issues while seamlessly supporting simultaneous events.
This multi-function, turnkey position provides critical reinforcement to our highly-acclaimed special event and catering team, lending creative solutions, tireless attention to detail, and a personal touch to a wide array of events from corporate cocktail parties to entertainment industry affairs with artists, celebrities and high profile public figures.
Ideal candidates have at least one year of experience in special events and catering along with a solid work ethic, infallible client service moxie, and excellent verbal and non-verbal communications skills.
Primary responsibilities include assisting with client outreach and interface, working with multiple inside and outside resources, and on-site event production and overall event coordination.
Qualified candidates will have:
- impeccable work habits and follow-through
- ability to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, and confidentiality
- ability to multi-task and work on broad variety of projects
- flexible work schedule including evening and weekends
- proven experience in establishing and maintaining healthy working relationships with others
