The position includes prepping for our client's parties, organizing pack-outs for parties and assisting in kitchen maintenance and organization. Chefs must be able to organize parties, present food beautifully, interact comfortably and graciously with clients, manage party staff and approach their work with professionalism, thoroughness and a "get the job done" attitude. We want "A" players.

Must maintain a neat, professional appearance both in kitchen and for onsite catering events.

You would be responsible for ensuring consistency, quality, monitoring prep time and ensuring successful events. Please note, this position includes BOTH prep and event work.

Requirements:

- Ambitious
- Reliable (show up on time when scheduled)
- Have a reliable vehicle
- Flexible schedule (available weekdays and weekends for prep work and special events)
- At least 1 year catering or restaurant experience
- Skilled, organized and fast on your feet
- Able to communicate effectively both orally and verbally
- Ability to follow recipes and experience batching for large numbers
- Able to take and give feedback and respond to direction
- Attention to detail and presentation
- Effective problem solving
- Organized thinker
- Great attitude
- Deal with pressure well
- A committed TEAM player (there is no "I" in team)
