We have refreshing and wholesome smoothies and juices made with locally sourced fruits and vegetables.
We are looking for some fresh & friendly faces, energetic.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Food industry experience (at least 1 year)
Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment:
* Demonstrate ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
* Require ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
* Require ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers
* Require ability to learn and maintain knowledge of the Restaurant products and procedures
* Some cash handling and customer service experience preferred
*Cleanliness, organization, and the ability to work well in a team situation are crucial to this position.
* Must be able to multi-task and be comfortable working in a team - you must have an open and available schedule.

COOK: Responsibilities
Prepare station for business and ensure the areas are stocked throughout the shift.
Prepare orders per ticket ensuring to follow the required specifications set forth by the Company.
Control quality and quantity of all food items served, i.e. verify all portion sizes, quality standards, rules, policies, and procedures are maintained by kitchen staff.
Inform management if standards are not being met.
Maintain a clean and orderly station.
Verify all sanitation and nutrition practices are maintained.
Follow Company guest service standards.
Follow all health guidelines.
Ensure that quality standards and temperatures of all food items are maintained within Health Code standards.
Ensure compliance with proper storing, handling and preparation of foods.
Utilize kitchen equipment to prepare food items such as: knives, slicers, whips, pots, pans, warmers, steamers, grills, ovens, etc.
Ensure proper food temperatures are maintained and food is stored correctly.
Ensure freshness and quality of all menu items.
Package all products to proper specifications
Perform opening, closing and side work duties as instructed and according to proper guidelines.
Keep workstation and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked.
Follow and uphold all health codes and sanitation regulations.
Set up and operate kitchen equipment
Use waste control guidelines and records all waste on spoilage sheet.
Perform other duties assigned
FRONT/CASHIER POSITION SUMMARY:
The cashier is responsible for fulfilling orders and completing sales transactions within the establishment and performing other support functions which may include cleaning the food preparation area, performs all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management.
Essential Functions:
* Greet customers and take food order; provide information about products and looks for opportunity to "up-sell" products
* Prepare all drink orders
* Operate cash register and receive payment from customers in cash or credit card, accurately count and provide change to customers as required
* Clean and stock customer seating area
* Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the shift team
