Oversee and train staff in developing play & relationship skills as well as behavioral management. Initiate effective interventions and maintain quality data collection. Create behavioral/play-based strategies for working with children with autism and train staff on using the strategies. Analyze data and create progress reports. Provide parent training on parenting skills and relationship building skills.

Must have a Master's in Psychology, Education or Social Work, a minimum of 3 years experience implementing behavior or play-based interventions with autistic children & 1 year experience supervising programs.
Bi-Lingual (Spanish) preferred
