Responsibilities
- Manage a team in Canoga Park Office as well as interfacing with key staff in China office processing and shipping 600-1000 orders daily
- Build and maintain key relationships with all SHIPPING partners as well as interfacing with key VENDOR partners
- Design new processes to optimize efficiency; create and maintain key reports for managing all aspects of operations
Requirements
- 2-4 years experience in operations management related to ecommerce for B2B and B2C
- Background working with all shipping partners in the US including small package and LTL
- Customer Service management experience
- Web-savvy / proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Bachelors degree
