We are currently looking for an energetic, creative, enthusiastic Personal Training Manager to join the Equinox team. This is a great position for a candidate looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization. Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

? Assist in the development of the Personal Training staff
? Ensure the highest level of customer service, quality of personal training sessions and continued growth of the Personal Training department
? Develop the foundation from which the personal training business operates.
? Co-manage the member services program.
? Establish and maintain the highest standards of quality for the personal training program.

Requirements
The successful candidate must have the following experience, skills, and education:
? 1-3 years management experience in the fitness industry leading teams with P&L responsibility
? Proven leadership ability in an educational, fitness or professional setting.
? Current CPR/AED certification.
? Current national personal training certification.
? Proven ability to coach and train staff.
? Excellent communication, time management, organizational and follow-up skills.
? Computer literacy.
? Enthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly as well as passionate, intelligent and knowledgeable regarding the fitness industry.
