Requirements:
CAD EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Must have full knowledge of blue print take offs
Must have complete experience as a construction estimator and project management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Good organization skills with attention to detail, deadlines and accuracy
Take initiative, resolve problems, and assure tasks are completed in the most effective manner.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with team, architects and general contractors
Strong mathematical, analytical, time-management and multi-tasking skills
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation to conduct project site visits and construction meetings when needed

Responsibilities
Preparation of detailed, accurate estimates and scope letters
Correspondence with clients regarding RFI's, change orders, submittals and correspondence
