The Senior Administrative Assistant/Executive Assistant supports multiple senior leaders at Beats By Dr. Dre. The Senior Administrative Assistant/Executive Assistant must efficiently and effectively carry out the operational and administrative tasks associated with this office while maintaining the highest level of personal and professional standards and conduct. This position will also be working closely with the office of the President and COO of the company. Discretion and the ability to interact with all levels of staff, as well as customers, are essential.
In this dynamic, fast-moving role, you will need to be organized, proactive and self-motivated. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, superior management skills and good follow-through are also vital. You will be expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.

-Mac proficient
-Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint
-Experience in coordinating travel plans and meeting arrangements.
-Good oral and written communications skills necessary.
-Excellent interpersonal, customer service and organizational skills required.
-Must be able to multi-task in a high-energy environment and work independently as needed.
