Darren's Restaurant, a Californian cuisine is top rated restaurant in Los Angeles and Orange County by Zagat and Opentables and is accepting applications for Line and Pantry/Pastry cooks. Must have at least 5 years experience in fine dining establishments. Culinary degrees is a plus.

Candidates must be able to cook Fish, Vegetables, Starches, and Meats to be cooked to perfection as well as Pantry/Pastry must be able to do Dessert preparation and cold Appetizers including Salads. Must be motivated, have excellent communication skills, keep station organized, and meet chef's expectation. Teamwork and working under pressure are also required.
