Personal assistant needed for various daily duties. Must be flexible and willing to learn. Great work environment.
Duties will include: driving with the boss working on i pad and Answering telephone calls, organizing office space, coordinating appointments, deliveries. Data entry, communication with business offices. Light cleaning, laundry & vacuuming and organizing house
Requirements:
-must be 26 to 30 years old and some experience
-multitasking, reliable, go-getter ,work ethic, engaging/fun personality
-Confidentiality and privacy
-organizing mails and bills
- Proficiently bilingual
- Excellent verbal, written, and assessment skills a must
- Ability to diverse case by case
- Working knowledge of computers and basic data entry skills required, i.e., MS Word, Excel, Outlook, typing of 30 wpm
- Good problem-solving skills
- Legible handwriting
- Ability to concentrate on tasks and meet deadlines under busy conditions
- Organization and time management skills required
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to take direction and work independently with little supervision
- Good driving record, car insurance and reliable vehicle
