Sonic Electronix is a leader in the car audio industry and is continuing to climb up the Internet Retailer Top 500 every year. We are an e-tailer of electronics including car/marine audio/video, home & outdoor, home audio/video, portables, headphones, cell phones/accessories, and pro audio. Sonic Electronix is located in the Santa Clarita Valley just north of the San Fernando Valley.

The Graphics Designer will be responsible for and assisting with the development of artwork and graphic design layouts for multiple projects. They will be involved in all phases of design from brainstorming/conceptualization to the final product; will work on marketing plans, brand strategies, packaging, and ad development; and will be responsible for the project management of all design projects.

Minimum Qualifications and Skills:
? Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Arts, Art, Computer Graphics, or related field;
? 3+ years' experience performing a wide range of graphic design and retail packaging functions including concept, design, and production of marketing materials and media such as print advertisements and collaterals, retail packaging, screen-based graphics, user manuals, and instructional guides;
? Excellent graphics knowledge including 3D modeling, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Product content creation (manual design, icon design);
? A high level of creativity;
? Outstanding attention to detail;
? Excellent computer and verbal/written communication skills.

The following skills are a PLUS:
? Website design;
? Pro/E manufacturing rendering;
? Hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high volume, small to medium-sized distribution company with a large product mix.
