- Willing to walk the extra mile to get things done correctly
- MUST have minimum knowledge on PC/Networking, client/server
- Willing to work even on tasks not directly related to IT
- We are willing to teach and you are willing to learn
- Passionate in working in the IT field
- Understand customers are always right and the answer to customers is always "Yes"
- Must provide own transportation and willing to drive to customers' place of business or sometimes residence
- Must be punctual
- Must be a good listener and relay customer's request to upper level
- Must be self-motivated, able to work alone
- Must be able to lift heavy servers with assistance
- M-F, 9AM-6PM, after probation 6AM-3PM MUST BE WILLING TO RESPOND AFTER HOURS
