ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a passionate, smart and savvy Jr. Account Coordinator to join our team. The Jr. Account Coordinator's primary responsibility is to service and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and end consumers.
The position requires heavy processing and coordinating orders. Skills include excellent communication, organization and accuracy with numbers.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
? Customer service via email correspondence and phone communication
? Providing product advice and custom price quotes
? Generating and coordinating orders from inception to invoice
? Detailed data entry and editing
? Problem solving with returns and repairs
? Coordinate and ship marketing materials to retail partners
? Providing administrative and organizational support
? Maintaining communication with all departments: i.e. Sales, Marketing, Production and Accounting

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
? Four year college degree in communication or business discipline
? At least 2-3 years experience in customer service or B2B marketing support
? Jewelry or luxury industry experience is preferred but not required
? Strong knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
