Laser Printer Repair/Field Service Technician (Los Angeles)

Qualifications and Skills required:
* 3-5 years experience working on HP LaserJet and Xerox Phaser Printer Families (Certification and plus - but not necessary)
* Must be capable of performing preventaitve maintenance to include cleaning of the printer, repairs, part installation, menu functions, driver functions, toner function, delivery and installation and customer assistance.
* Must have an aptitude for troubleshooting and problem-solving
* Must be able to clearly explain both verbally and in writing, what work was performed
* Must be able to follow work order procedures, dispatch instructions and accurately complete the work order
* Must have strong technical and customer service skill sets and able to accurately perform at least 5-service calls in an 8-hour day
* Must show eagerness to perform at a level which insures customer satisfaction
* Must be able to safely lift and move up to 50-lbs.
* Must have a valid California driver's license, clean driving record, able to drive both short and long distances, and ability to efficiently navigate Los Angeles and Orange Counties
