We are looking for an accounting professional that is well versed in project management module of Maconomy with prior expertise in the service industry business model.

The Los Angeles office has a multitude of jobs that require closing to complete the conversion.

The accounting professional would possess the ability to work independently of the accounting staff.

The primary duties would be:
? Allocating WIP to open jobs
? Transferring Hours between jobs
? Writing jobs and up/down
? Creating updates in Excel for the Controller of Daily progress

Required Skills:
? Expert Knowledge of Maconomy
? Intermediate Excel
? Working knowledge of debits and credits
? Keen Communications
