Job Functions:
? Develop, Coordinate and Implement the health care program in accordance with the needs of the participants
? Oversee planning of daily program activity
? Coordinate and direct the multi-disciplinary team
? Develop Individual Care/service Plans and Treatment Authorization Requests
? Evaluate participants changing needs
? Supervise all employees, students/interns and volunteers
? Oversee hiring, training and evaluation of all employees and contracted staff

Qualifications:
? Program Director shall be knowledgeable of the physical, mental and social needs of the frail elderly, physically and mentally disabled.
? Must hold one or more degrees in the fields of Aging, Health, or Long Term care services
? Experience in a management, supervisory or administrative position
