We are seeking an individual that has fair amount of experience working with various lenders and is familiar with all of the different guidelines as it pertains to modifying mortgages.

Qualifications:
* 1-3 years experience working for a loan modification company or law firm
* Thorough understanding of lender(s) loan modification guidelines
* Thorough understanding of all available government loan modification guidelines

Traits:
* Hard worker, team player, reliable, organized, punctual and responsible individual

Bilingual in Spanish a plus
